Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. After reaching out to Brian in the complaint department for the second time.

They issued a 50% refund for shipping. ALTHOUGH I belive it should be a full refund since contract was nor honored. I am satisfied with the 50% and apology.

SO other than the shipping problem I am satisfied with Partstree as a whole. Just be careful when paying for expedited shipping double check if they are closed close to shipping date.

Ordered a recoil starter paid 2 day over night shipping on Dec 31st. I understand they are closed on the first but today is Jan 4th and it's not here and the customer service woman just said it's our busiest time and there will be no refund what soever that it's in route.

Ordered parts on july 28th its August 8th still dont have my order! Even paid for shipping, parts were so small could of shipped via united states postal service, instead they used ups whom then delivered to the United states postal service to deliver the package, makes no sense at all!!

purchased mower parts in July 2021 didn't get any email's or notifications about the parts. *** I forgot all about them. Nine months later in April of 2022 they send me a notice that they have been shipped and charged my account. When I called customer service they said they could be returned. However, it will cost almost as much to return the darn things as to keep them. How do you figure that? So I have taken the hit and lost out all together. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from these idiots again.

Sent me wronge part

I looked up the flywheel under troybuilt snowblower found exact Mach on model number and serial number paid the $100.00 for the flywheel and payed more for shipping told my customer it would be ready for pickup tomorrow. Received a flywheel for a home light chainsaw today its 1/5th the size of the flywheel I ordered different brand now I have to send it back and pay return shipping then pay shipping again for them to send me the part I ordered and payed shipping on already I am livid and I wont ever buy another thing from them!

Ordered 2 parts, plus $16.95 shipping (2 days FedEx). Recv'd and email from Parts Tree stating address not verified and for me to respond to this email. I re- verified my shipping address and stated that FedEx makes deliveries to that address. Two days go by, no response from Parts Tree. Called all day 4/7/21 and a few times (4/8/21) no one will answer the phone.

To order parts

I was just trying to get somebody on the phone so I can order some parts but y'all have made that so difficult there's no use in trying trying for three different times had no success at all all I wanted was parts for a lawn mower why would y'all make it so hard don't make any sense I reckon you have to be a big-time business in order to get through to get a part to save a dollar or two little man ain't got a chance all you have to do is answer the phone and take an order I do not understand
